We are currently seeking to hire a Senior HVAC Design Engineer to join our office team in Cairo.

Job Requirements:

•       Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

•        2+ Years of Experience in engineering design in engineering consultancy firms.

•       Design of different HVAC system using common HVAC codes and standards.

•       Preparation of detailed calculations and drawings.

•       Good awareness of the current codes and standards of plumbing, firefighting, civil defense requirement and also the ACUD regulation.

•       Design of smoke management systems (car park ventilation, smoke evacuation, staircase pressurization, etc.).

•       Prepare schedule of HVAC equipment.

•       Preparing of detailed technical specifications and bills of quantities .

•       AutoCAD, Revit & BIM Knowledge is a must.

•       Flexible and team work oriented, hard worker, work under pressure.

Work Environment:

•       Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00

•       Days off: Friday & Saturday

•       Location: New Cairo
