MIMAR Egypt is looking for a Graduate Tender Engineer to join our Tender Team in Cairo.

We are seeking a high-potential fresh graduate Architect who is passionate about construction, numbers, and digital workflows, and interested in building a strong career in tendering, quantity surveying, cost planning, and pre-contract services.

This opportunity is designed for someone with the right mindset, technical capability, and willingness to grow within a professional consultancy environment.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil
• Strong proficiency in REVIT (essential)
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of quantity take-off, BOQs, tendering, or construction documentation
• Familiarity with construction materials and building systems
• Very good English communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and take ownership

What you will do:

• Support quantity take-off and BOQ preparation for civil, architectural, and interior works
• Assist in tender documentation, cost analysis, bid preparation, and commercial review
• Work closely with senior tendering and cost professionals on live projects
• Develop practical knowledge in measurement standards, quantity surveying methodologies, tender evaluation, and cost planning
• Contribute to projects across Egypt and the Gulf region
