As a Senior Interior Specifier, you will lead specification development across multiple projects and support overall team coordination, quality assurance, and mentoring. This role ensures high-standard communications, team management, documentation, and supplier integration, while driving the department’s technical integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead specifications, materials, finishes, and FF&E documentation across multiple projects.

* Review technical submissions, datasheets, and material compliance.

* Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams.

* Manage supplier engagement, product evaluations, and material validation.

* Mentor junior specifiers and support QA/QC excellence.

* Contribute to market intelligence through supplier meetings, industry events, and factory visits.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

* 7+ years of experience in specifications, materials, finishes, and FF&E.

* Minimum 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

* Strong specification writing, QA/QC, and coordination skills.

* Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Work Environment:

Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

Days off: Friday and Saturday

Location: 1st Settlement- New Cairo
